When will my order be dispatched?
We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days (other than new product launches and sales events). We have express post options as well if you need things in a hurry.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll get a confirmation email including the tracking number for the shipping method you selected.
My order hasn't arrived yet. Who do I contact?
Your first step should be to check the tracking. Parcels can take a few days and in some cases, e.g. International and Remote orders, longer to arrive. If you still have queries contact us via our contact us page or email hello@swoopbaby.com
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on full priced items that are in the original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us via email, hello@swoopbaby.com of the return within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase on return transactions. No exchange or return on Sale items for change of mind.
What is your money back guarantee policy?
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and believe in the quality and benefits of our Swaddles. Therefore, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your swaddle, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please note that the following conditions apply to this guarantee:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt by you.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@swoopbaby.com. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
I just purchased a product, but now it is on sale, will the discount be honoured?
Unfortunately, for any order placed prior to a sale we are unable to offer a credit or refund for the difference paid. We run sales throughout the year, so keep an eye out for the next one. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to keep up to date with our latest products, promotions, and exclusive offers. You can sign up now at the bottom of each page on our website.
Do I need to pay for my exchanged item or refunded item to be sent back?
The cost of an item being sent back to us and the delivery of the exchanged item being sent out is the responsibility of the customer.
How long do I have to exchange/refund an order, including the money back guarantee refund?
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt by you.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes, simply add a message to the 'Add Gift Message' box in the cart (before checkout). Your order will be wrapped with your personalized message (200 characters) along with a handwritten gift tag. The invoice and pricing are not included on gift wrapped orders.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Afterpay, Paypal
Where do I add my gift card or promotional code?
Scroll to the bottom of the ‘My Bag’ page and you will see ‘apply gift card’ and ‘apply promotional code’ add the code in the correct box and this will be applied to your order before continuing to checkout.
When will the product be back in stock?
It varies product by product. Please reach out to customer care hello@swoopbaby.com and they'll be more than happy to assist.

How do I Swaddle?
We have a handy postcard for you here – we also include a printed one with every swaddle purchase.
- Lay the blanket on a flat surface and fold the top edge down about 20cm. Place your baby in the middle with their shoulders aligned with the fold and arms straight down by their sides.
- Take the top left corner of the blanket and pull it tightly over the baby’s arm and chest, tucking the edge snugly under their back.
- Next, take the top right corner of the blanket and pull it tightly over the baby’s other arm and chest, wrapping the blanket securely under and around the baby.
- Bring the bottom of the blanket up towards the baby’s body, wrapping
it around each side while ensuring your baby can still comfortably bend and move their legs. - Remember to always place your baby on their back to sleep, which helps reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
How do I keep my Swoop Baby Products clean?

I am not living in Australia, can I still purchase a package?
Yes! Swoop Baby works successfully with international clients. There are various ways we can do the program or phone consults. i.e whatsapp, Zoom, Google Meet etc.
What if the program doesn’t work and my child’s sleep does not get better?
Swoop Baby has never finished a program and not seen wonderful changes with their clients' sleep patterns. It is your job as the parent to put in the hard work and be really consistent with the program. If this is the case then there is no reason why your child’s sleep should not improve.

Sure. Send a message through the contact page with your phone number and we will be in touch with you.
How does the Swoop Subscription work?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month for the first three months as per the agreed payment terms. You will receive a link upon sign-up to the subscription portal where you can then pause or cancel additional payments from there if need be.
Can I pause or cancel my Swoop Subscription?
Yes, of course you can pause your subscription. You have agreed to a minimum of three months after the joining month, these monthly credits can be used anytime within one year, they don’t need to be used consecutively. Please just email us to confirm at hello@swoopbaby.com and let us know when you would like us to reactivate it. You can then cancel your subscription any time in the swoop subscription portal, this can be accessed via the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.
