Swoop Baby was founded by Sarah Clifton, a certified infant and toddler sleep specialist and mother of two very active boys, Wolf (3) and Teddy (1).
Sarah’s many years in the corporate world taught her how to combine empathy, knowledge and confident leadership to succeed in stressful conditions. These are the attributes that her sleep consulting clients value.
Sarah understands the impact that inadequate and disrupted infant sleep can have on a person’s ability to cope emotionally and to function day-to-day. Parents know that sleep is crucial for their baby to develop and thrive, and this adds extra stress. She has a real passion and proven track record for helping parents establish healthy sleep habits for their children, so they can experience quality sleep themselves and enjoy all the rewards of parenthood.

Sleep is undeniably important, it is brain food for a baby, toddler, for all of us. The power source that keeps the mind alert and calm, nightly recharging the brain’s battery.
Sleep impacts physical, mental, cognitive and behavioural wellbeing and is important in maintaining a healthy immune system. And as one mum put it, ‘nothing impacts a mother’s outlook and resilience more than sleep…’.
