Testimonials

Sarah has been a LIFESAVER with our first baby girl!

From day 1, Sarah would be available around the clock to help with advice on how to settle her, good habits to get her into from a very young age and just constant support and assurance for the paranoid mumma that I am!

Our baby girl is now 4 months old and is in a predictable routine, with 3 naps a day, bed time at 6:30 and waking at 7:30am.

Sarah has been one of the biggest pillars of support in my journey as a new mumma and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her <3

Mia, 3 weeks

I have become one of 'those' smug mums thanks to Sarah!

My baby has been sleeping through the night (95% of the time) since 8 weeks old.

There was no aggressive sleep training, it was just simple and small changes that made a big difference for both my baby and I.

Under Sarah's guidance I gained the confidence to read my baby's cues, when he needed me vs when he was trying to soothe himself.

With Sarah's recommended age appropriate routines my baby was doing his day naps and sleeping overnight with little assistance and as a result we are both thriving! I can't recommend Swoop Baby enough!

Archie, 6 Weeks

When things were feeling a bit relentless Sarah swooped in and saved the day.

Nothing impacts a Mothers outlook and resilience more than sleep. I am SO grateful.

The biggest impact of our short time with Sarah was the impact on my marriage! The relentless false starts, wakes, stress and sleep deprivation was really taking its toll and our short time working with Sarah really did help our whole family.

I've always been a bit apprehensive about "sleep training" but Sarah put me at ease and gave me the confidence to make adjustments I felt comfortable with, all of which actually made a huge difference, quickly.

During and post influenza Sarah really helped support both ME and my little one. The flu turned all things sleep and routine on its head but being able to call on Sarah during, and have her guide me afterwards to get things back on track made a world of difference.

Some real sleep witchery!

We cannot recommend Sarah enough, we went all in! Purchasing the 3 overnight night stays. Whilst my husband and I slept downstairs, Sarah worked her magic (some real sleep witchery!). She had our little boy going from waking 5-6 times a night, plus demand feeding, to sleeping 6-7 hour blocks and 2 night feeds- in TWO nights... what the!

After two nights of great sleep for us parents Sarah hand held us through night three, supporting and guiding us with resettling and understanding our boys cries. Sarah’s gentle approach to sleep training our Jesse made us feel very comfortable and we now have the confidence and tools to ensure we get that precious sleep, we thought was a long lost friend! THANK YOU!

Jesse, 7 months

Sarah is the cheerleader everyone needs in their corner during the wild ride that is baby and toddler sleep!

She took the time to really connect and get to know me and my boys; taking on board my parenting style, the boys’ temperaments as well as the ins and outs of our weekly commitments to tailor a practical and effective approach which worked!

My little boy, Henry, now goes to sleep without fuss and stays in his own bed all night, and my baby, Arthur, is in a predictable nap routine and sleeps from 6:30pm-6:30am! Sarah is the most warm and positive person and was amazing to communicate with, touching base often to celebrate our successes and keep me motivated.

Thank you Sarah for your guidance and support!

Sarah is the Mary Poppins of sleep.

Our nine month old was waking five times a night unsettled with feeds the only way to get her back to sleep, but now she sleeps through (7pm-6.30am without crying out). We had tried sleep training at six months ourselves and had given up after two weeks of no progress. We didn’t know what to do so called in for help at nine months and we certainly got it.

Sarah was really caring and listened to us and our parenting style and routines. She was more than happy to accommodate our style but still provided expert advice to get us on track. Sarah developed an individual plan which was more than a sleep plan; it was a whole routine and feeding plan. Within days of implementing the plan things started to turn around. Sarah was there with us every step of the way and we even used her for residential help to break the cycle.

She gave us the tools we then used to keep the momentum up and we had progress every night until our little girl started sleeping through after just over a week. Sarah even helped us with our older child whose bedtime had come off the rails. I now feel confident that I can support both my children, at their different ages, to get a good sleep.

Reaching out to Sarah was such a good decision.

I am so grateful for all the support and guidance Sarah has provided my family in order to help my baby sleep better.

I have a 10 months old baby. Before the sleep training he couldn’t self settle, was waking up at night for bottle feeds and had limited intake of solids. After just a week my boy self-settles, he sleeps through the night and he is eating solids. What an amazing transformation!

Sarah’s knowledge, ideas and the comprehensive sleep plan were very helpful. It feels so great to have my sleep back and to know my baby gets his sleep too.

Thank you Sarah.

Mark, 10 months

Our three year old’s bed routine had slipped out of control.

Bedtime had started to take 30-45 minutes with lots of ‘just one more book’, ‘just one more lullaby’, ‘just one more cuddle’, ‘come check on me in 5 minutes’. Some nights it would take him two hours to fall asleep with lots of help from us. With the help of Sarah and her advice we were able to set up routines that worked for us as a family but gave us parents back the control. Sarah listened to our goals and challenges and created a plan for us that was achievable. She checked in with us as we put our new routine in place and provided lots of encouragement and suggestions when we had minor setbacks. We have noticed our child is no longer overtired.

Sarah was even able to help with his sibling’s bedtime routine making us all enjoy bedtime more.

Edward, 3 years

Matilda had been such a good sleeper until all of a sudden without no obvious warning signs, things changed quickly.

Night wakes and sudden crying up for no apparent reason meant that restful nights of the past were no longer the norm. We were taking turns sleeping cot-side with no escape and little sleep. Dazed and confused, we needed help!

Sarah was able to clearly identify the likely cause of the sudden change in behaviour, and helped us put a plan in place that was so effective we saw a rapid improvement within 24hrs.

We can’t thank Sarah enough and would definitely recommend her to anyone else needing help/support and a better nights sleep!

Matilda, 13 months

Sarah has the magic touch and brought some much needed sleep back to our house.

She took the time to understand our family and developed a plan that would work for us. Our son responded quickly to her calm approach and adjustments, and having the extra contact after her visit meant we could stay on track and ask questions as we implemented her suggestions. We recently used Sarah again to help with a new routine now our son is older and within a few days his naps were lengthening and he was only having one feed a night.

Wonderful experience!

"Sarah was a an absolute gem. She helped us navigate such a tricky time. We had major problems with our bubba's sleep at one years of age. Sarah came to us for one night and changed our life in one night - literally. Massive help and life saver. Sarah was a huge help and listened to us and customised our plan and approach, to what we needed. Highly recommend!"

Happier child, happier parent

"Best investment that I made for our daughter was sleep training. Before sleep training she was sleeping for 7-20mins during the day, she was overtired and I felt isolated as I stopped going out due to how unpredictable her sleep was. Sarah was very kind and taught me the structure I needed to sleep train my daughter. My goals were to have her fall asleep without rocking or feeding, and have a predictable schedule. She now she falls asleep by herself with no fuss, and I can plan activities/playdates for her with confidence. I can tell her mood as improved and I feel like I can me a better parent now that I am no longer stressed about sleep."

New outlook on life!

"I truly believe that Sarah has some sort of black magic up her sleeve. Bobby was waking 4-7 times a night and unable to self settle, then after she helped out with our schedule and stayed one night with us, we saw immediate improvement and in 2 weeks he was sleeping through the night and having consistent cot naps. Sarah has been so kind and understanding throughout the whole experience. It can be quite daunting having someone come into your home but there was no judgement and she took time to understand your wants and needs and how ready you were. Bobby is a new baby, has always had a lovely temperament, but he wasn’t able to really show it as he was always tired. Now he is so relaxed and excited to do anything. My husband and my outlook on life has changed now we have had a few weeks of proper full nights sleep! It almost feels too easy now? After 6months of living on edge to now having a predictable life. I’m telling everyone I know to use these services, if we have a second baby we will be getting Sarah in as soon as possible."

I wish I had done this sooner!

"I ummed and ahhed about whether to bite the bullet and purchase a sleep training package, till my sister got so sick of hearing me complain about my 13month olds terrible sleeping- she booked it for me. I was running on empty by this point, I’m a single mum and my son was waking 4/5 times a night. I had been holding his hand to sleep because it had been quick and easy, but this meant his ability to self settle was non existent. After 2 nights of Sarah being at my house, night 3 he slept from 6:30pm-6:30am. And he has continued this ever since! He wakes up happy, he signals to his cot when he’s tired for naps and at bedtime, and if he wakes overnight he finds his own dummy and goes back to sleep. The biggest change hasn’t just been more sleep (for the both of us) it’s been our relationship. I feel more present, patient, and connected. I have so much more capacity for him now, and I’m able to truly enjoy our time together in a way I couldn’t before. Sleep deprivation is real! Thanks so much Sarah x"

Amazing Experience

"Sarah is amazing at what she does and was so sweet, loving and nurturing to our son. She came to help with 1 night of in home sleep conditioning, listened to our concerns and has been an absolute lifesaver. She has helped us teach our son how to self settle in his sleep and have longer stretches at night. We have even had multiple nights now of him sleeping through the night since our sleep conditioning 2 weeks ago. Sarah has given us a routine that feels achievable and gives us more flexibility in our day. Our son has also started showing a lot more interest in solids since the experience and eating a lot more too during the day. We’re so thrilled with how Sarah has helped us - would highly recommend this service. If anything, I wish we had done it sooner!"

Sarah has transformed our lives!

"I can’t overstate the impact Sarah has had on our family. Our daughter has gone from 5+ wakes a night, feeding to sleep and almost non-existent day naps, to sleeping through the night and consistent day naps. During the day, she is so much happier and calmer now she is getting the sleep she needs. For the first time in 8 months, we have a calm bedtime routine, and our nights back once she has gone to sleep. Thank you so much Sarah for the impact you’ve had on our lives!!"

JP (5/5)

Sarah saved our sleep (and our sanity!)

"From our very first interaction through to now (almost three months later), she has been nothing but positive, reassuring, and incredibly responsive. She helped us establish healthy sleep habits and consistent routines, but more importantly, she gave us the confidence to truly understand our son’s cues. We went from 5+ wake-ups a night and only 20-minute contact naps, to three solid naps a day and at most one wake overnight — sometimes none at all. We honestly can’t thank Sarah enough. Her passion for what she does shines through, and her expertise is undeniable. At a time when we were completely exhausted and at breaking point, she helped us turn everything around. Sleep is so important for the whole family, and thanks to Sarah, I’ve also grown more confident as a mother. Even now, I can still reach out to her with questions — which really speaks to her dedication and care for her clients. If you’re considering working with Sarah, don’t hesitate — she is worth every cent."

We're all sleeping!!!!!

"I'm a Mumma of two, one child who is now 5 and second child who's about to turn one. My first loves getting up early, so pairing an early rise, with a baby who was waking 3-5 times in the night and only going back to sleep with a feed - was exhausting! We first were guided by Sarah remotely, as we needed a reminder of a good nap structure - baby no. 2 really was just having to go with the flow of our chaotic life, but it got to a point where we knew something needed to change. The structure certainly helped overcome things like bedtime or going down for naps because she wasn't so overtired - but she was still waking through the night and really escalating if I didn't feed her or if my husband tried to resettle her instead. Sarah came and stayed with us 3 nights, really walked us through everything clearly, truly listened and understood our boundaries and our goals, wanted to mostly follow our bedtime routine as is and only made minor tweaks or suggestions - never said we 'had to' do anything, was all just suggestions from her experience with other bubs families. And I won't lie, I was nervous, but Im so glad we did it. Our babies sleep has been so solid, her naps, and sleep itself is way more predictable - and we're all having MUCH better sleep. I wasn't expecting my Bub to sleep through, I was also okay with her waking every now and again of course - our main goal was to not have to feed her to sleep each time. But we're RARELY having to resettle at all, she's sleeping through and is such a happy little bub. It's allowing us to catch up on some serious sleep dept and show up as much better parents for our energetic 5 yr old and of course our 1 yr old in the day too."

Like an old friend with magical powers ✨

"Everyone will tell you Sarah can help your baby sleep, and they're right. Our son has taken to the process so well and the changes we've seen in just a couple of weeks have been incredible. But honestly, I want to talk about what it was actually like having Sarah in our home. We were a bit nervous beforehand. Having someone come and stay overnight with your family feels pretty personal and I remember thinking, "I hope she likes us!" But within about five minutes those nerves disappeared because Sarah just felt like someone we'd known forever. Once our son was asleep, we sat on the play mat with a cup of tea and some cookies and talked through the plan. We asked a million questions, she answered every single one, and before long we were chatting about life, parenting and all sorts of things completely unrelated to sleep. It never felt clinical or awkward or like someone was analysing our every move. It just felt easy. Throughout the night we'd hear him wake, talk through what was happening, troubleshoot together and make a plan. Sarah has this really calm way about her that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay, even when you're tired and second-guessing yourself. And what surprised us most was that the support didn't stop when she walked out the door the next morning. The check-ins afterwards have been just as valuable. Every question, every wobble, every "is this normal?" text has been met with reassurance and encouragement. It honestly feels less like messaging a sleep consultant and more like texting a friend who's cheering you on from the sidelines and genuinely celebrating every little win with you. Of course she's incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does, but for us, what stood out most was Sarah as a person. Welcoming Sarah into our home was an absolute joy and by the time she left, it felt less like we'd hired a sleep consultant and more like an old friend had come to stay. And for the record, we still think she has magical powers 🪄"

Sarah’s changed our lives!

"From endless false starts, and anywhere from 6-12 wakes a night, Sarah helped change our lives by supporting us for 3 nights to find a new rhythm and routine suitable for our little girl. We successfully got rid of the dummy which never in my wildest dreams could I have done alone. So proud of our little girl, but also just so impressed how such simple, subtle changes to routine and sleep pressures can make such an amazing impact."
