We’re growing our in-home sleep support team

If you’re a certified sleep consultant who loves working directly with families in their home, this could be for you.

We’re looking for experienced infant and toddler sleep consultants who are calm, compassionate and genuinely love supporting families through what can often be a vulnerable stage of parenthood. You’ll feel confident guiding parents through daytime consults and overnight stays, helping little ones learn to settle while empowering parents with the knowledge and confidence to continue long after you’ve left.

Hiring across Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Perth and Adelaide

You’ll be joining a supportive team with the structure already in place: clients provided, Swoop Baby resources and templates, experienced consultants to bounce cases off, and a flexible workload that can grow alongside your availability.

Because this role takes place in family homes, overnight availability, a driver’s licence and the ability to travel to client locations are essential.
