• Weekday text and voice support Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with agreed response-time boundaries to ensure thoughtful, sustainable care.
  Support with feeding, sleep, settling, and everyday newborn questions.
• Weekly proactive check-in One 15-minute call each week to review how things are going and provide ongoing guidance.
• Clear escalation guidance If additional care or referrals are needed, families receive clear direction on next steps.
