Steady Start combines responsive messaging support with scheduled consultations to help families build confidence, establish healthy sleep foundations, and navigate feeding and settling as their baby grows.

Duration: 6 Weeks

Includes:

• Everything included in Calm On Call
• Complimentary Newborn Guide plus a gifted Swoop Baby organic cotton swaddle to support settling and comfort.
• Six structured touchpoints across 6 weeks
  • Three 60 min in-home consultations supporting feeding, sleep, settling, and common early concerns. Home visits are tailored to each family and include a gentle assessment of your baby, observation of a feed, and hands-on guidance to troubleshoot challenges and help you move forward with confidence
  • Three 30 min virtual consultations
    
• Personalised newborn care notes and observations that evolve as your baby develops
• Guidance around feeding transitions, growth, sleep and early routines
• Weekday text and voice support Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with agreed response-time boundaries to ensure thoughtful, sustainable care.

Home Visits May Include: 

• A gentle head-to-toe observation of your baby’s overall wellbeing
• Observation of a full feed (breast, bottle, combination, or pumping)
• Guidance on latch, positioning, milk transfer, or bottle technique
• Weight checks and growth monitoring when appropriate
• Identifying common feeding challenges such as reflux or oral restrictions
• Support with sleep, settling, and developing day-night rhythm
• Demonstration of newborn care basics and daily routines
• Time for questions, reassurance, and practical next steps
